Good enough and live beats perfect and stuck. I ship fast, measure honestly, and iterate relentlessly.

I'm a product leader with a computer science background — equally at home in a strategy session, a sprint review, and a data deep-dive. I don't hand off specs and disappear; I stay close until it ships right.

My edge is at the intersection of growth, monetisation, and engagement. I've built subscription businesses, designed gamification loops that actually retain users, and crafted paywall strategies that convert — across mobile, web, and multi-platform environments.

I've been part of teams that went from zero to Series A, and zero to Series B. I know what early looks like, and I know what it takes to stop looking early.
